This workout has 4 Parts:
Part 1: Cardio (10 Minutes ) (30 second intervals with no rest)
Repeat the following exercises 4 times
1) Toe Touch Jacks
2) Switch lunges
3) 1/2 burpee, star jump
4) hi knees
5) burpee with frog plank jump
Part 2 - Strength (18 minutes) (50 Seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
Repeat the following exercises three times:
1) Squat with front raise
2) 4 tricep pushups, 4 tricep dips
3) Alternating back lunge with bicep curls
4) single leg squat (right leg)
5) Kettlebell/dumbell swing
6) single leg squat (left leg)
Part 3: Cardio (10 Minutes ) (30 second intervals with no rest)
Repeat the following exercises 4 times
1) Toe Touch Jacks
2) Switch lunges
3) 1/2 burpee, star jump
4) hi knees
5) burpee with frog plank jump
Part 4 - Abs (7 minutes) (50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
1) Russian twist
2) Pike abs
3) knee tucks
4) Knee in&out abs
5) Side plank knee tuck (right side)
6) Side plank knee tuck (left side)
7) V Hold
