This collab is really close to my heart. I wrote this song after Gab (knapsack) sent me the instrumental about a month or two ago. It was entitled "inferior" and he talked about how he made it after a long drive, looking at the eclipse over the summer. Usually producers don't care whether or not I write lyrics that stick to their title, but I wanted it to have that same kind of feel. I decided that what makes us inferior to the world is that we are powerless against time. We always move on. And while it's good and necessary to heal, it's a little bit sad how even the deepest feelings, the best relationships can be overall forgotten in the grand scheme of life. okay moodiness over.
