- Sharad Upadhyay: Bajaj took competition in scooters from Honda head on, and entered bike catagory, where Honda is said to be one of the leaders. Pulsar magic lived on ever since. And Japanese are still playing catch up, irrespective of their better tech and finish. Had it not been for that bold move of bringing out a 150cc then, I guess we would have still been riding 100-125cc. Unless the domestic manufacturers turn things around, Japs or others won't give us such tech, knowing their is no competition whatever they sell. Hero will either learn this, or someday go bust.
